Shkelqim Lofca Cover Letter
To Whom it may Concern;
I am writing to you about obtaining an offer of work or work contract that will enable me to apply to the Provincial Nominee program in Alberta (AINP) or British Columbia. I am currently living in Albania, but have lived in Alberta on a temporary basis for about 2 years until January 2010. My English skills are good and improving and I have been a truck driver for a construction company in Albania called Hekla. I am able to function and communicate well in the English language and I am highly motivated to become an asset to the company that hires me.
I am interested in finding a company that I can work for long term as I am interested in settling my family in Canada. In addition to having an international driving license (class 1 in Canada), I am also a skilled mechanic. I have graduated from a technical school in Albania that specializes in mechanics and I have many years experience fixing vehicles on the job. I have a particular interest in coming to Canada on the British Columbia or Alberta provincial nominee program and I understand that it takes approximately 6 months to process. If your company has an LMO (labour market opinion) that allows you to hire foreign workers and you are able to work within the time frame that hiring a foreign worker presents, I would like to be considered for the position.
If you are able to consider work within the time frame that hiring a foreign worker involves, I feel that I am an excellent candidate that will exceed your expectations. I can contacted for a phone interview at and I would need to arrange a contract of work in order to begin the process of becoming a provincial nominee in British Columbia or Alberta. If I am accepted to the provincial nominee program, I will arrive in Canada as soon as possible to begin work. If you have any questions, you can call me at 011355684855128 or call my Canadian family and representatives at (780) 988-1887.
Thank you for your time in considering my application.
Sincerely,
Shkelqim Lofca
